Through educational programs, leadership development, and candidate training, we’re preparing more women—especially those from historically underrepresented communities to shape the future of North Carolina.
Leadership Matters
North Carolina is strongest when every community has a voice in the decisions that shape our future.
Yet too many women—particularly Black women, rural women, and women from other historically underrepresented communities—face barriers to political leadership. Many have never been encouraged to run for office or given access to the resources needed to get started.
